What configuration we need to do for getting Effective Access Control Policies?

I am not getting any entries in Effective control Policies.

Please let me know if we have to make any configuration to get the FCP.

I am noticing the same behaviour in CRXDE. However, there are couple of other screens that can help view "Effective Access Control Policies".
