XDP Form email button using mailMsg not working in Foxit PDF Editor

Avatar

Level 4

I require an alternate solution to event.target.app.mailMsg for sending out email messages with variables within the filled out form when the user has Foxit PDF Editor as the default program. While everything else on the form works as expected in Foxit 11, the email buttons do not create email messages on click for XDP forms using Foxit. Does anyone have some insight into this issue? Any alternate method for sending emails which have variables from form data as part of the messsage?

@LucreciousDFF Third-party pdf reader and the pdf add-on is not supported. You should try creating a third-party web service to trigger an email instead of a out of the box event as a workaround.
