Viewing Other Users Draft/Submitted Documents via the Draft and Submitted Component

Hi everyone,

We're creating a Forms Portal using the Draft/Submitted Component.

We have a use case where one user needs to be able to view all other users draft or submitted adaptive forms.

As far as I know, users can only view and modify their own forms with the Draft/Submitted component. 

Is it possible to change this to fit our use case?
