User upload permission denied even after providing read, write permission after SSO integration

Hi,

 

I am facing an issue where the user is not able to upload an XDP file into /content/dam/formsanddocuments after logging in.

 

We have SSO integrated with AEM 6.5.21 author, and the users are automatically created and added to content-author group. We have also additionally provided all the permission for /content/dam.

But when the user tries to upload an XDP file, then we see this error.

 

 

 

The user has the following permission.

 

 

Kindly let me know if I am missing out something. Thank you.

Can you please check if the users are a part of following groups?

 

  • forms-users
  • forms-power-users
  • forms-xfa-users
  • forms-script-writers

 

If not, please add the groups and try again.

    Thanks @rahulpandey27 , After adding the user to the above groups that you mentioned, it is working perfectly fine.
