so10 text, replace date with variable

Hey guys, it's me again with a new problem. I created a so10 text that has a date in it. This date should be changed depending on when the account statement was created.

So for example, I created an account statement on the 5th of November, and in the so10 text it should be written 5.11.2023, or if I do it on today's date, this date should be in the so10 text. 

Can someone tell me what would be the best way to do this?
