Rule Editor not showing

Hi, 

I am using AEM V 6.1.0 for forms. Somehow, I am not getting Rule Editor for Javascript and client side validation. 

I am doing 

Edit Text Box --> Script

Should I install any other package ?

You should find rule editor in 6.1.0 FP1 release bits.
