rule editor does not save changes

I want to change an existing script in the rule editor. After I entered the changes and called the rule editor again, the old status is always present, the changes were not saved.

 

Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.6.0
adobe-aemfd-win-pkg-6.0.192

it's a matter of the browser. it didn't work with chrome it worked with ms edge
