Query regarding AEM Forms 6.2 migration

I am currently using ALC ES2. Planing to generate a responsive form output, but looking for ways to generate as HTML5 so that the content can be viewed across devices(Mobile,Tablet,Desktop/Laptop).So in order to achieve this what is the best way to proceed. 

Do i need to first migrate from ALC ES2 to ES4 and then to AEM Forms 6.2 or else directly recreating all of them in AEM 6.2 forms ?
