Not Able to render forms for AME 6.5 JEE on WebSphere

Hi All,

 

We have recently deployed AEM 6.5 JEE using WebSphere on Unix Server. After the application installation we have installed all the specific hotfixes at both Unix level and application level.

However when we are trying to render the forms we are facing the below error. Can you please help us in understanding what might be the issue as there are new production servers.

 

 Also, Please suggest can this be an issue with regards to the installation of yum commands based on the below URL. We have not faced a similar issue in the lower environment, but facing an issue in the new prod servers.

This seems to be an issue with the XMLForm service and you have to install these 32-bit libraries[0] to mitigate this issue with Unix systems.

You can also compare the versions of the listed RPMs with a working setup.
