Need Information and Guidance about migration J2EE forms from AEM 6.3 to AEM 6.5

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement where i need to migrate few J2EE forms from AEM 6.3 to AEM 6.5.

Can someone please help me through the process for this, or if you have any documents or checklist which i can refer for the same, will be of great help.
