My form does not open on other environments

My large form (17 tables) opens fine on my developer machine, but when deployed to other environments it fails to open with the "cannot serve request" error.

 

Error logs on both AEM and server side do not show any errors.

 

Unfortunately we are still on 6.3

AEM 6.3 is not supported, but can you share the form via support ticket or shared drive (DM the details).

We can check the form on the latest product version if this issue is related to the Form or the AEM Forms version/instance.
