Install AEM Form 6.5 BootstrapException: ALC-TTN-011-003

When install AEM Form 6.5  .execute "/ConfigurationManagerCLI.sh initializeLiveCycle -f CLI.properties" command, it display  "ALC-TTN-011-003" error, login database user have enough privileges to access database.

Environment: Linux, JbossEAP 7.1, Oracle JDK 1.8, ojdbc8.jar, Oracle 19

@dmantse You may want to check the Oracle DB permissions.

Checked with current database setting, already fulfill "Creating an Oracle database" setting, but still have same error
