How to show content from adaptive form to Document of record (DOR)?

Hi everyone. I'm facing an issue when trying to show content from adaptive form to DOR.

Here's my case.

I have a form, The last step of that form is "Check your answer" which is gonna show all information that user choose in the previous steps so that will be change when user choose other options (or type other answers) and so that "Check your answer" is generated by Javascript. It's a problem, How can I show that content to the DOR.

Does anyone face this issue and resolve that or do you have any idea for that?
