how to create packages of.....workflow, FDM, templates

you showed me on the link below how to create packages for my forms. can you show me how to do the same for my workflow , data model, and templates? what do I put on the filters? the path? maybe some screen shots?

is there another way to download forms?

workflowuser​ ok no templates. I mean DOR templates but I have that from the designer. thank you workflowuser I will try the ones above and let you know.
