How to convert Adobe XDP templates to Docx Template?

Hi All

I have to convert  Adobe XDP templates to Docx Template.

1. Can someone please share me high level steps for this ?
2. What would be high level development effort (in days) to convert One medium complexity Adobe XDP templates to Docx Template?

You cannot convert xdp to doc

If you have Adobe Designer you can create a XML-based PDF form from it. This can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat. There you print it as new PDF. The newly created "flattened" PDF then can be converted into Word document with Acrobat. The effort is less than 5 minutes.
