How and when do I get the refund after I cancel the subscription?

Hi

Around 2 weeks ago, I bough subscription for adobe converter, then I realize that it can't use with Thai.  Then I cancelled it at the same day.

I have cancelled a subscription for 2 weeks, but I do not hear back from adobe team.   Please advise when will I get the refund
