Form field data from Adaptive form to Adobe Sign

We have a AEM Forms 6.4 instance and we have integrated it with Adobe Sign. We can sign documents from a Adaptive Form and saved them in Adobe Sign, but...

 

The problems is that we want to get the form field data from the user into Adobe Sign, in a format like XML/JSON/CSV, but the problem is that the field values are only visible on the signed PDF (DoR)

Is this possible? We have been looking into it and thinking of saving the form field data in the field called "Note" in Adobe Sign.

Could anyone help us with this?

Will the data in the form before sending to sign won't suffice?
