Fillable PDF Form having font issues

Fillable PDF originally designed in Designer 6.4 is having Font discrepancies after editing in Designer 6.5 version. The font sizes look inconsistent when viewed at low resolution (zoom out to 65% or lower). The fonts are embedded and installed in the server. The font used is "Open Sans". This was never an issue before updating the designer version.

I have attached a way that you can set the form to the fonts that you want. I hope this help. Please see attached..

Designer doesn't have impact of how the PDF viewer renders a font. I guess in 100 % view it's all fine, right? So the descrepancies then are just the result of how the PDF viewer renders the scaled fonts on screen.

Hi @sudheerabln24 ,

A. Are you creating Static Interactive PDF from Forms Designer?

B. I am assuming that you are using the same XDP(that was designed in Designer 6.4) to edit in Designer 6.5. Can you please share a sample XDP and PDFs(created in both Designer 6.4 and Designer 6.5)? That would be helpful for us in nailing it down.
