Error converting Word to PDF

We are using AEM Forms 6.5 for document conversion.

 

We got this error when trying to convert a docx-file - 

07:46:31,337 ERROR [com.adobe.pdfg.GeneratePDFImpl] (default task-14) ALC-PDG-001-000-ALC-PDG-060-001-Microsoft Word could not set the "ShowRevisionsAndComments" property. This could happen if the submitted document is protected.

 

We tried with a password protected file but that gave us a different error msg.

 

Any ideas?

Sorry for the late response. We had som problem finding the documents from our production-environment.

The issue i now solved. We created a new File Type Setting and enabled

Preserve document markup in Adobe PDF(for Microsoft Office 2003 or later).

Are you able To convert the same file using Acrobat?

    Preserve document markup in Adobe PDF(for Microsoft Office 2003 or later).
