Dynamic conditions and variation of email template for custom AEM form submission

Hi Experts,
Is there any way where we can have very dynamic email template which can have conditional images rich texts, conditional ui experiences (like single coln or multiple columns) at time of form submission to some custom action ?If I have to achieve all the dynamic conditions and variations, I end up making 5-6 copies of email templates which is too much and in case there is any slight change in email ui then again I have to create another email template. Is there any way this requirement can be handled ootb or in a custom way?

Hi @shya

You can create multiple custom email templates but I don't think there is a way to customize the same template to be used in different variation using some custom logic .An email notification template is an HTML email. You can add custom HTML code to the file to create a new template.
