Correspondence Mangement Letters - Post Process

Hi,

I created a sample letter in correspondence management (aem 6.5.22), always post process field is coming empty, I tried to create a new workflow model under tools, added a custom workflow code as well but the not getting displayed the post process. I updated the "Adobe LiveCycle Client SDK Configuration" for username and password.

Please let me know if any of you have any idea to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

@aravinds , what is the intention here? To use AEM workflows for post processing or to use JEE workflows for post processing?

Secondly, Correspondence Management and Letters has been deprecated and replaced with Interactive Communciations and IC on 6.4 and 6.5. I would advise you to use IC.

Thanks for your reply, Client requirement is to create a correspondence management letters and need to interact with Service now, getting data from SN that needs to be prefill in letter and after submission send back to SN in the form of pdf.
