Can not Create Form by Adaptive Form Template

Hi All,

I am using AEM as a cloud service.

I followed this site to create an adaptive form.

I have created an Adaptive Form Template,but I cannot create form by this template.

Are you trying to create the form on the cloud instance or local SDK?

How are you logged in? Just checking if you have sufficient permissions.

@Pulkit_Jain_ I create the form on local SDK, and I logged in with the administrator account

@Pulkit_Jain_ please tell me how to check sufficient permissions. but  I found that Blank and Basic Template is ok.

@krist_wang Do you have relevant selection made in the Style/Data/Submission tab while creating the form?

The create button will be greyed out if the options in any of these tabs is unselected OR there is a permission issue with the user.

You need to install the Forms Addon package to create Adaptive Form [0].
