We are having XFA based forms developed using Designer 6.5 and also we need to source it other channel as Standard Acroform PDF, we tried converting flat to acroform using Prepare form option in Acrobat Professional, but it is not retaining original field names of XFA.

This old thread provides multiple solutions to convert XFA form to Acroform but the field name discrepancy seems to be an issue.
Quoting one of the responses "XFA PDFs contain an AcroForm dictionary at the Cos level, but they are not accessible in the same way as AcroForm fields are" - this could be the reason why.
Aspose jar is a paid solution and the jar they share is used for just development, production version require licensing.
