ALC-OUT-002-013: XMLFormFactory, PAexecute failure: "0 : Unable to create UFL context"

Hi everyone.

In our organization tonight the following error occurred on the production environment using the "generatePrintedOutput" component used for generating postscript files.

 

[4/27/23 0:25:17:192 CEST] 0000017b XMLFormAgentW E ALC-OUT-002-013: XMLFormFactory, PAexecute failure: "0 : Unable to create UFL context"

 

The component "generatePDFOutput" works without problems.

Restarting the Application Server the component  "generatePrintedOutput" returns to work correctly

 

Has anyone ever had this error?

 

Our stack: AEM Forms-6.5.0.0057 and Websphere 9.0.0.1

If restarting the service helps, whenever this happens again, can you check if there is any set of service(s) that are in stopped or inactive state on the adminui?

Do you see a pattern?

    Hi @pulkit_jain_ 

    unfortunatly there isn't a schema, and all services are in active state, also this night the error occurred and we have restared WebSphere to solve it.
