ALC-ACM-002-013: Unexpected error while creating the Letter (AEM forms)

Getting the below error when trying to edit / open the new letter.

6.5 LTS is Newly Released.

I will recommend you to log a Support ticket with all the Artifacts to get this Investigated.

Hi @aravinds ,

Are you trying this on 6.5 or on Cloud SDK ?

The document you referred to install compatibility package is for 6.5.

I don't think you can install it on cloud, I believe Interactive Communication on cloud service is on the road map .
