AEM Keeps Uninstalling

On a system we have, that needs Adobe AEM continually uninstalls itelf (Minimum of 5 times now). the only clue I have been able to find is this. 

"Application 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Experience Manager Forms Designer\FormDesigner.exe' (pid 11928) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID"

The uninstall is usually after about an hour after the install. We have used the same installation media to install on other systems with no issues. Any ideas?

Hi @williamc8143220 at high level, the issue is more related to permissions on windows system. 

'Application SID does not match Conductor SID' error occurs when a program is being run at an elevated level or the user does not have permission to run the application,
