AEM Forms - Letters / Correspondence Management in AEMaaCS

Hi anyone please confirm do we have Letters / Correspondence Management in AEMaaCS, if yes please share me the steps to do local setup. Thanks in advance

AEMaaCS does not include Letters / Correspondence Management.

Can you elaborate your use case? We may have different means to achieve it.

My requirement is to create a Letter/Correspondence management. Flow like Snow to Letter (prefill values got from Snow), generate a pdf and send back to Snow. Please let me know if you have any reference or suggestion that would be very useful.

Correspondence Management CM /Letters were deprecated in AEM Forms 6.4 and were replaced by Interactive Communications (IC). In AEM Forms Cloud Service, IC is now released in EA. If you are an existing AEM Forms CS customer then please reach out to aem-forms-ea@adobe.com with the details and we can then enable you to try that out.
