Adobe sign integration error

I am getting ERRORFailed to get refresh token error, while connecting to adobe sign from Adobe Sign integration page. I was taken to the adobe sign login page followed by permission page in a new tab. Upon clicking Allow the new tab is closed, and I see the original tab.

OAuth URL I used is https://secure.na4.echosign.com/public/oauth/v2

I see the following ajax request in the original window, which fails to obtain token.

In AEM logs below error is logged. I tried updating access_token_uri and refresh_token_uri  in the JCR tree directly to https://api.na4.adobesign.com/oauth/v2/token and https://api.na4.adobesign.com/oauth/v2/refresh . It still did not work.

I see the refresh_token_uri and access_token_uri set as nulloauth in the URL.

You can cross-check the redirect URL in the OAuth settings for the Adobe Sign application[0], the URL copied should have the actual server name. Also, 

1. Was this working correctly before or it's a new set-up?
2. Was there any change on the server after which this issue happened?

Please share the complete error stack for review, if the issue persists after updating the server name.

    There is no option for redirect_token_uri and access_token_uri in Adobe Sign Oauth configuration. There is only option for reirect_uri, which I have entered correctly following the instructions.

     

    This is a new integration , and no change has been done on the server.

      If you review the stack, its evident that the issue is specific to target host[0] so please review the URL settings configured.

      You can check the protocol as well, i.e a complete URI along with https.

        What service pack are you on? We had to upgrade to SP12 for the adobe sign integration to work.

          @mynyl I remember seeing something similar in the past. Try upgrading to 6.5.13 and make sure the redirect URL and the adobe sign DC is correct.

           

          There shouldn't be any issue.

            Thanks @mayank_gandhi , @pulkit_jain_ and @techddx . I upgraded to SP13, and I am able to move past that error, but it is invoking a wrong api token end point.

             

            On the connection configuration page, I see a POST call to https://api.echosign.com/oauth/v2/token

            which returns 401 error. But my account is in a different shard, the correct URL for me should be  https://api.na4.adobesign.com/oauth/v2/token

             

             

            The Oauth URL in my configuration is https://secure.na4.echosign.com/public/oauth/v2

             

            Is there a way to update the default token url it is using

                Were you able to get past the 'Failed to get refresh token' error?  I'm also seeing 'nulloauth' values for the refresh token and access token URI's.  We're on a different shard than you, https://secure.na2.echosign.com/public/oauth/v2, and the redirect URI we're using in the Adobe Sign config seems to be correct.

                 

                We have a ticket open with support on this but haven't seen much movement yet. Was excited to find this thread, hopefully others have found a work around?

                  What patch version of AEM Forms you've tested Sign integration with? A similar issue[0] was resolved with AEM Forms 6.5 SP11, so you upgrade the set-up.

                   

                  [0] - value of access_token_uri is set to nulloauth/refresh and the value of refresh_token_uri is set to nulloauth/token in crx.
