Adobe LiveCycle ES4 free upgrade to AEM Forms Designer

Adobe LiveCycle ES4 is no longer available. This has been replaced by AEM Forms Designer.

 

I saw a video from an Adobe employee on Youtupe (german), where he said that we could get a free upgrade version of AEM Forms Designer. I just have to call Adobe Support. Unfortunately, I would have to realize that some employees of the German Help-Desk, do not know what Lifecycle Manager is. In my opinion, it is only a matter of closing the case and getting it off the table.
Maybe I'll find an answer here?

    Even without "upgrading" to AEM Forms Designer, you can get a fairly up to date version by applying the latest quick fixes for Designer 11. The QF9 will bring you pretty close to AEM Forms Designer 6.1.

      @wolfgangb724020  Its best to upgrade to 6.5 version. Check with your sales rep or account rep to confirm if you are eligible for upgrade or not.
