Adjust table cell widths

Is there a way to adjust table cell widths without impacting all columns?  I tried grouping as a section but that does not work.

is this in forms designer or in adaptive forms?

Forms designer. Looks like I can do it via a subform in a table cell, then adusting those cell margins.

@tmillercsb yes, you need to change subform first if you want to keep all content in sync.
