Adaptive fragments not working in AEM Forms

I have created adaptive fragment to reuse some panels in AEM Forms but when I am trying to call those fragments using assets which is generally suggested on AEM Forms document but while selected the Adaptive Fragment under assets on left sidebar, it is not loading the adaptive fragment which we create earlier.

 

Can anyone please suggest any solution for this issue? Or please let me know any other way to handle form with around 1000 fields which frequently crashed the pages.

    Adaptive fragment issue I am facing in all forms, in completely new forms also.

      what version of AEM Forms are you on?

      are all the bundles active?

          Seems like an installation issue. Please check the AEM logs and Browser's console.log generated when you try to access the Adaptive Forms Fragment under assets on left sidebar.
