Hi all,

I have created an adaptive form and applied some styles. When I try to add that form fields in my page styles are not applying also it throws the below error. I have also included my adaptive form screenshot below. I don't know what went wrong. Can someone help me with this ??

We do have forms community as well, please ask a question there to route it better and get quick resolution:

Also, post the console error as well so that we can get a step closer to the solution.

Thank you @milind_bachani Yes I have posted this question in the Forms forum also. And here is the console error.
