text/csv Asset Showing processing label

Hi Guys, 

I have created CSV file and it showing 'Processing' label on it. Does AEM Assets supports CSV file ?

and if Yes , then How we can resolve this issue ?

Hi @khamat_bn 

 It supports CSV files. It is still showing processing because may be "DAM update asset" is workflow is getting failed.

Check logs for "DAM update asset" workflow.

 It supports CSV files. It is still showing processing because may be "DAM update asset" is workflow is getting failed.

Check logs for "DAM update asset" workflow.

    @khamat_bn @Please check the workflow status from Tools>Workflow>Instances

    Terminate any stuck workflows and try uploading the file again.

    Hope this helps.

      While creating csv We missed the dc:format, I uploaded manual csv and compared properties json and we found differences in dc:format i.e damAsset and correct is text/csv
