Question on downloads

Can the system provide a “recently downloaded” section for all user types so the end user can easily reference what they recently downloaded?

 

Are System Administrators and Power Users able to review and reference recent downloads for individual users, as well as review which users downloaded which asset?

    yes, the function you are looking for can be found under tools/assets/reports
    Here you can create a new report and choose Downloads

    You then can specify a path, a starting end end date 

    And then you can specify additional colums
