Publish AEM assets to a third party partner portal

Question

We want to publish assets from AEM to a third party partner portal (similar to Brand Portal). We just have author environments and no AEM publish. I tried to find for a documentation that handles the complete publish flow(replication agents, manage publish interface, status of the assets, unpublishing, etc) but could not find anything relevant.

If some has anything similar implemented, could you please refer some documents or how it was implemented on your end.

OOTB AEM Author publishes assets and pages to AEM Publish instances.

In order to achieve the same behavior for a third party tool, you will need to develop a custom solution (API/Java based development).

There won't be much documentation on this, as it's a task related to Adobe/any other consulting team.
