PDFs previews in inverted colors

I have users that are uploading pdf assets to the DAM that are previewing with inverted colors (ie red looks blue, white looks black and vice versa). It populates in search with a thumbnail in the correct color, but opening the asset shows inverted colors, properties is also inverted, but viewing pages shows the correct color. It opens on the website with the correct color. Why is the color inverting in some areas and how can it be prevented?

Can you check the URL of asset that is previewing with inverted colors.

is this issue on author asset details page , which version of AEM ? Can you share screenshot .

Also , you could check below possibilities for color inversion :-

a) Renditions in asset timeline & Dam update asset workflow for any custom queries.

b) Named image transform servlet if used : https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/named-image-transform/index.html#:~:text=The%20ACS%20AEM%20Commons%20Named,to%20image%20resources%20in%20AEM.

c) Dynamic media integration / URL

It's version 6.5.12.0

Part of the url is /assetdetails.html/content/dam

PDFs are uploaded and used as-is. They are not edited in AEM. Would what you suggested still impact the pdf?
