Notification is not coming to inbox when assigned to a participant

I have run workflow and in it is assigned to a participant group but the notification is not coming to inbox for the user of that group in the instance.

Is there any configuration for notification for this which can be corrupted as this works with another instance?

Anyone can help me to resolve this issue?
