hostname.seg.js is failing

Hi,

I am facing a performance issue.

While inspecting I found :

seg.js is failing to load while accessing dispatcher URL and loading while accessing through IP (20.*.*.*).

May I know what this seg.js is ?

I am not able to search in AEM 6.5.3.

It is look like segmentation file from contexthub

You can check dispatcher filter and logs for the seg.js request.
