For a new contract to AEM Assets Why is the AEM Sites Available, I can see our customer has provisioned dev, stage, and production AEM sites environment... but all they need are AEM Sites...

@SupportMember i think your org is looking for a standalone DAM / Asset Management. It depends on your contract terms with Adobe Sales, where your org might have purchased AEM Cloud solution with site & asset bundle. If site is not required, Adobe support or super Admin can configure each environment and disable site instance for you.
