We have a long-term plan to switch from Scene7 to AEM's Dynamic Media in the future.
Does anybody have any success stories, lessons learned, gotchas, or horror stories that you'd be willing to share? Do you have any training or reading material you'd recommend that helped with your transition?

the functionality of Dynamic Media is changing from release to release, and with feature packs. If you intend to switch over, you need to check your use cases - not all S7 features are currently supported in 6.2 - for example, templating based on PSD file. More features will be added in 6.3.
