Content migration from cms into AEM

Is there is any possibility to convert the contents from another CMS into AEM content.

Please share the way/steps to migrate another CMS content into AEM.

Also you can see if you can post REST-content from the cms into AEM.

Before that you need to know what structure/content you are going to use in AEM.

As all these threads i seen this is for integration they are accessing data from salseforce and showing into aem site. i want to move all salseforce content into aem *(Migration)*.
