Asset Share Commons - Nested Filters

Hi all, 

 

Wondering if there is existing code or documentation on making nested filter options in Asset Share Commons or filters that have dependancies.

 

for a simple exmaple, 

I want to filter Car

Then based on Car I want to see the different drop downs for different makers of cars.

I don't know if am following you, but you can use the Tags filter component for such a scenario. You can have your assets tagged with a tag named "car type" and another tag called "car maker" or whatever and you should be able to combine them while filtering.
