AEM DAM not Supporting .mp4 Format

I have uploaded a video file with ".mp4" format, the video is around 400mb size. However, the video file is not supporting. Means I'm not able to see the preview in page both in author and live environments. Additionally notable was the video is redirecting correctly or getting downloaded while adding /content URL it with Live site URL.

How are you referring the video URL in the HTML? Can you paste the HTML code?

No, I'm using video modal component or Dynamic media.
