AEM AaCS Assets - Publish URL displays Adobe Service Outage splash screen

hi team, trying to access a published asset through publish url but running into some issues,
first problem was to find the publish url, as per instructions elsewhere in this forum the publish url could be constructed by adjusting the author url, like this:

Author url: https://author-xxxxx.adobeaemcloud.com/assetdetails.html/content/dam/tag_upload_test_folder/1920x144...

Publish url: https://publish-xxxxx.adobeaemcloud.com/content/dam/tag_upload_test_folder/1920x1440.jpg 

I hope that is correct

Now, the publish url will get us to this page, no other error

is there something that needs to be configured for the dispatcher to work with our publish instance or is the url just wrong?

Are you still seeing "Service Outage" on accessing AEM as a Cloud publish server?

While adding an environment, publish instance appears as a Segment on AEM Cloud Manager
