AEM 6.2 Assets console column view sorting

I am trying to sort column view in assets console by updating data source properties at /libs/dam/gui/content/assets/jcr:content/views/column/datasource. Two properties are added 1. sortDir = asc, sortName=title. Still its not sorting assets in asets console. Please help.

    As per comment in http://aem-dev.blogspot.in/2016/08/aem-62-sort-pages-in-sites-admin-console.html, AEM DAM doesn't have support for server side sorting in 6.2

      Also this is available from 6.3.

        Can you please tell me any possible way to sort folders in dam?
