Why is HTML content and Text content different in the same email?

Shouldn't they be the same, under "Preview"? But they are different.

Hi Jae,

Ideally they should be same but that is not a hard and fast rule.

In your case, the email developer, created the HTML part properly but Text part was filled with random word.

it is working as designed by the business practitioner.
