[v6] What is the difference between a targeting dimension and a filtering dimension?

The targeting dimension lets you define the population targeted by the operation (recipient, delivery, etc.) while the filtering dimension lets you define the way you want to retrieve the targeted population.

For example, if you want to find all subscribers to a service, you can select recipients as targeting dimension and services as filtering dimension. You will then be able to retrieve all recipients that subscribed to the service of your choice.
