Transfer File File Download from File(s) present on Adobe Campaign server does not work!

Hi,

I am trying to load file into a workflow from the Adobe Campaign server SFTP.

For example:

My instance URL is https://example.campaign.adobe.com.

The file I am trying to load is stored in /incoming/test.csv.

From the documentation here, it seems to advise to follow the relative path of 'sftp<yourinstancename>/'.

I have tried inputting 'incoming/test.csv' or 'test.csv' in the file path, but doesn't work.

What is the correct file path to enter?

We starting having the same issues in staging environment. We keep getting CRL-290002 Download error in cURL, could not connect to server error.

One thing I noticed in the logs, is the execution server listed is different from the execution server we have setup in the SFTP account.

on this error you need to raise a support ticket to get it fixed.

you normally don't need to specify the incoming/ part but just the file name

@bisswang, not working as well.

The same error I got:

No file found (mask='test.csv')

I have dropped the file directly inside the incoming folder in the Campaign SFTP.
