Target data computed as additional data in a workflow should pertain to the same targeting dimension as the one used for the delivery. So if you are targeting recipients, your target data must be related to nms:recipient somehow.
Can you share more details on your workflow? Especially on activities where you defined the target data.

From what I understand of your problem, your broadcast temporary schema may not be correctly associated to the delivery targeting dimension.
