Starting with Adobe Campaign Standard

Hi,

I'm looking for clearing certification of Adobe Campaign Standard and the question here is if I need to install something or the access is web based and Bronze level is enough to access to sandboxes?

If so, please let me know how I can access the web interface for Adobe Campaign Standard.
